A method for manufacturing a microneedle array substrate according to the present invention includes the steps of: preparing a mold with a plurality of needle holes； manufacturing a substrate and a plurality of bodies which protrude on the substrate by filing the needle hole with a biocompatible polymer； separating the substrate and the body from the mold； heating the substrate with a glass transition temperature of the substrate； changing the substrate to be equal to a curvature of a body model by attaching the heated substrate to the body model and pressing the substrate； and completing the microneedle by forming a conductive film on the body.본 발명에 따른 미세 바늘 어레이 기판의 제조 방법은 복수의 바늘 구멍을 가지는 몰드를 준비하는 단계, 바늘 구멍에 생체 적합성 고분자를 채워 기판 및 상기 기판 위에 돌출된 복수의 본체를 제조하는 단계, 몰드로부터 기판 및 본체를 분리하는 단계, 기판을 기판의 유리 전이 온도로 가열하는 단계, 가열된 기판을 신체 모형에 부착한 후 가압하여 기판을 상기 신체 모형의 곡률과 같도록 변형하는 단계, 본체 위에 도전막을 형성하여 미세 바늘을 완성하는 단계를 포함한다.
