FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: guiding spokes are directed through the bone strictly along the border of the pathological focus in the preoperative period. A series of computer tomograms is performed, an individual stereolithographic template with a through slot with jumpers corresponding to the line of bone resection is designed and printed on a 3D printer. The guide spokes are intraoperatively combined with their template slots. A tool is screwed into the template, having a sharp spike at one end for fixation in the bone, and a T-shaped handle at the other to hold the template. The template is pressed against the bone and an oscillating saw or cutter is used to resect the bone segment along the through slot of the template, gradually destroying its jumpers. The resected bone segment is removed, pulling the T-shaped tool handle. Without removing the template, the necessary treatment of the bone cavity is performed. Проводят направляющие спицы через кость строго по границе патологического очага в предоперационном периоде. Выполняя серию компьютерных томограмм, проектируют и печатают на 3D принтере индивидуальный стереолитографический шаблон, имеющий сквозной паз с перемычками, соответствующий линии резекции кости. Интраоперационно совмещают направляющие спицы с пазами шаблона для них. В шаблон вкручивают инструмент, имеющий с одного конца острый шип для фиксации в кости, а с другого Т-образную рукоятку для удержания шаблона. Придавливают шаблон к кости и осциллирующей пилой или фрезой выполняют резекцию сегмента кости по ходу сквозного паза шаблона, поэтапно разрушая его перемычки. Извлекают резецированный сегмент кости, потягивая на себя Т-образную рукоятку инструмента. Не снимая шаблон, выполняют необходимую обработку
