PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the irregularity of weights of weighed balled noodles by eliminating cutting of noodle lines generated in automatic weighing of a volume type of boiled noodles by a rational method.SOLUTION: A weighing method for discharging to flow in the boiled noodles from a supply opening of the bottom part of a hopper into a weighing vessel and slide them in a horizontal direction discharges the boiled noodles as they remain protruded from the weighing vessel by jetting a water stream toward the supply opening of the hopper by a tunnel always connecting the supply opening of the hopper and the inlet of the weighing vessel putting in the boiled noodles in a space and pushing back the boiled noodles straddling the hopper and the weighing vessel into the inside of the hopper. The jetted water stream is oblique from a half way of the tunnel. The boiled noodles are discharged in one side by a single weighing vessel. Four-balled noodles are simultaneously weighed so that one-balled noodles are equivalent to 0.5 meal of a prescribed weight, and heavy balled noodles and lightweight balled noodles are combined so that the balled noodles are near an average weight in them.COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT【課題】茹麺の容積式の自動計量で発生する麺線の切断を、合理的方法によりなくすと共に、計量した玉麺の重量のバラツキを抑えること。【解決手段】ホッパー底部の供給口より茹麺を計量容器に流入させ、水平方向にスライドして排出する計量方法において、ホッパー供給口と、茹麺の入れられた計量容器入口を、常時空間で結ぶトンネルにより、ホッパー供給口に向かって水流を噴射することで、ホッパーと計量容器に跨っている茹麺をホッパー内部に押し戻すと共に、計量容器からはみ出たまま排出すること。噴射水流がトンネルの途中から斜めであること。単一の計量容器により片側で排出すること。1玉が所定重量の0.5食相当になる様に4玉以上を同時に量りとり、それらの中で平均重量に近くなる様に重い玉と軽い玉を組み合わせること。【選択図】図12
