PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reprogramming method for dedifferentiation of somatic cells to stem-like cells.SOLUTION: Provided is a method for achieving dedifferentiation of a somatic cell into a cell having stem cell characteristics, in particular, a cell having multipotency, by introducing into the somatic cell an RNA encoding a factor that elicits dedifferentiation of somatic cells； and culturing the somatic cell for dedifferentiation.
