The present invention provides an ultraviolet sterilizing device, which comprises a shell, at least one movable arm, at least one ultraviolet lamp, and a controller. The movable arm is movably mounted on the shell to rotate toward outside of the shell for expansion. The at least one ultraviolet lamp is arranged on the at least one movable arm. The controller is mounted on the shell and electrically connected to the movable arm and the ultraviolet lamp to drive the movable arm to move and to light up the ultraviolet lamp.
