An self-supplying aquaculture system is introduced, which comprises an operation sub-system and power-supply sub-system. The operation sub-system is used to proceed an automatic control on an aquaculture environment. The power-supply sub-system supplies power to the operation sub-system for the automatic control. The power-supply sub-system comprises a solar energy device, an electrolyzing device, a fuel cell module, a battery module and a transformer module. The solar energy device is used to convert the solar energy into a first electricity. The electrolyzing device electrolyses a specific material by the first electricity to produce at least one specific products. The fuel cell module is used to generate a second electricity by the at least one specific product. The battery module is used to charge itself with the second electricity and outputs a third electricity.
