An ambulatory aid device according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a body unit a plurality of wheels equipped at the lower end of the body unit a steering unit which is equipped on the upper surface of the body unit, and on which arms of a user are placed and a control box which is placed at one side of the body unit and controls operation of the wheels by receiving sensing signals transferred from the steering unit. The steering unit comprises: left and right upper plates which are respectively placed in left and right sides and on which arms of the user is placed a pair of handles which is respectively placed on the front end areas of the upper plates and gripped by hands of the user a pair of lower plates which are placed at the lower side of the upper plates and a plurality of strength sensing units which is installed on the bottom surface of the upper plate, supports the upper plate, and senses strength delivered from the upper plate.
