PURPOSE: A seaside and seabed sand loss prevention structure utilizing an environmentally-friendly geotextile and construction method thereof are provided to recycle the dredging sand generated by the dredge on the seaside, thereby minimizing the construction cost of the sand loss prevention structure and providing an environmentally-friendly seaside restoration construction method for the vegetation of a artificial reef.CONSTITUTION: A seaside and seabed sand loss prevention structure utilizing an environmentally-friendly geotextile includes a vegetation soil pouch and a non woven bag. A water soluble adhesion layer is formed by coating a water soluble adhesive onto the covering material of a vegetation soil pouch and the water plant seeds are sown to be attached the adhesion layer. The vegetation soil pouches filled with the dredge soil and the non woven bags are provided to be transported to a construction site. The vegetation pouches are layered in several layers on the unfolded non woven bags in the construction site. An artificial reef is formed by coupling members inserted into coupling rings formed on the edge of the non woven bags whose edges are gathered in the center. The artificial reef is dropped and sunken closely to the spot of the sand loss and dropped and sunken through a dual wall structure.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013[Reference numerals] (AA) Start (BB) End (S100) Coating a water soluble adhesive onto the covering material of a vegetation soil pouch to form a water soluble adhesion layer and spreading and attaching water plant seeds onto the water soluble adhesion layer (S200) Filling the inside of the vegetation soil pouch with dredge soil produced from a coastal construction or construction site and preparing a plurality of vegetation pouches according to the area of an installation place (S300) Manufacturing and preparing non woven bags by determining the size and number of the non woven bags according to the conditions of the installation place (S400)
