PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily determine grid quality, in a grid quality determination apparatus, method, and program.SOLUTION: An image acquisition section 31 acquires a radiographic image including a periodic pattern of a grid. A frequency analyzing section 32 performs a frequency analysis on the radiographic image to acquire a frequency spectrum of the radiographic image. A peak determination section 33 determines a peak to be processed in the frequency spectrum.
