The connecting frame is rotationally connected to the base frame. The driving unit frame is rotationally connected to a first rotary shaft. The body coupling member is fixed to the body of a user. The holding members are selectively combined with or released from the pivot frame.본 발명은 하나의 장치로 손목 재활 훈련과 발목 재활 훈련을 선택적으로 수행할 수 있는 손목 및 발목 겸용 재활훈련장치에 관한 것으로, 본 발명에 따른 손목 및 발목 겸용 재활훈련장치는, 베이스프레임과； 상기 베이스프레임에 회전 가능하게 연결되는 컨넥팅프레임과； 상기 컨넥팅프레임에 제1회전축을 매개로 회전 가능하게 연결되는 구동부프레임과； 상기 구동부프레임의 일단에 제2회전축을 매개로 회전 가능하게 연결되는 회동프레임과； 상기 구동부프레임 내부에 설치되며 상기 제1회전축에 대한 상대 회전을 발생시키는 제1구동유닛과； 상기 구동부프레임에 설치되며 상기 제2회전축에 대한 상대 회전을 발생시키는 제2구동유닛과； 상기 구동부프레임에 설치되며 훈련자의 신체의 일부분에 고정되는 신체결속부재와； 상기 회동프레임에 선택적으로 착탈 결합되며, 훈련자의 신체 일부가 삽입되거나 잡을 수 있도록 된 복수의 홀딩부재를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
