The present invention provides a magnetic resonance imaging system and a method for generating a conductivity distribution image using magnetic resonance electrical impedance tomography. More specifically, the magnetic resonance imaging system using magnetic resonance electrical impedance tomography according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: an electric current generation control device for controlling an electric current applied to an object to be measured； a converter for conducting analog-to-digital conversion with respect to RF pulses and gradient pulses, which are applied to the object to be measured at periods according to sequences for steady state free precession, and data obtained by the electric current； and an image generation part for generating an image for the conductivity distribution of the object to be measured using the output data of the converter. The electric current generation control device controls the electric current to be applied for a predetermined time within an arbitrary period, and the predetermined time is determined by time for applying the RF pulses and time required to allow the converter to conduct the operation of conversion.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2015본 발명에서는 자기 공명 전기 임피던스 영상기술(Magnetic Resonance Electrical Impedance Tomography)을 이용한 자기 공명 영상시스템 및 전도율 분포 영상 생성방법에 대해 개시한다. 특히, 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 자기 공명 전기 임피던스 영상기술을 이용한 자기 공명 영상시스템은, 측정대상에 인가되는 전류를 제어하는 전류 발생제어장치； 항정 상태 자유 세차운동(Steady State Free Precession)을 위한 시퀀스에 따라 상기 측정대상에 반복 시간마다 인가된 RF 펄스와 경사 펄스, 및 상기 전류에 의해 획득된 데이터에 대해 아날로그-디지털 변환을 수행하는 컨버터； 및 상기 컨버터의 출력 데이터를 이용하여 상기 측정대상의 전도율 분포에 대한 영상을 생성하는 영상 생성부를 포함하고, 상기 전류 발생제어장치는 임의의 반복 시간 내에서 상기 전류가 소정의 시간 동안 인가되도록 제어하고, 상기 소정의 시간은 상기 RF 펄스가 인가되는 시간 및 상기 컨버터가 변환 동작을 수행하는데 소요되는 시간에 의해 결정된다.
