PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sweat monitoring device and a sweat monitor method capable of monitoring a human abnormal sweat state under all situations simply.SOLUTION: A sweat monitoring device comprises: body temperature detecting means 21 for detecting a human body temperature pulse number detecting means 22 for detecting a human pulse number and sweat rate detecting means 2 having an adsorption layer for adsorbing sweat and electrodes disposed in the adsorption layer.
