According to a preferred embodiment, the resin is multifunctional and the resin has at least three different types of functional groups for cationic bonding. In a preferred embodiment, the three functional groups bonded to the resin comprise a carboxylic acid group, a diphosphonic acid group and a sulfonic acid group. In a further embodiment, the apparatus comprises at least two isotopes； Where the first isotope is for therapeutic purposes and the second isotope is for dose measurement purposes. The second isotope is a positron emitter for PET-based dose measurement.
