PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an X-ray detector which prevents a deformation of a collimator plate due to centrifugal force or the like.
SOLUTION: A plurality of collimator plates 14 for preventing the entrance of scattered X-rays are provided on an X-ray entering surface side of an X-ray detector body 4 having a laminated structure consisting of a scintillator array 7, a photoelectric transducer array 8, and a base plate 9 in a manner to be in parallel with a slice direction of a subject 2. The deformation of the collimator plate by the centrifugal force or the like acting on the collimator plate is prevented by supporting both ends and at least an approximately intermediate part of the collimator plate by a collimator plate supporting means 12. Consequently, a clear X-ray slice image which is not affected by artifacts or the like is easily acquired since a measuring error is reduced.
