The present invention relates to an ear conditioner. The ear conditioner includes a case body comprising an insertion pipe horizontally extended from one end to be inserted into an ear, a ventilation port formed on the other side for sucking external air into the ear and discharging the air, and a micro-controller unit installed inside and recording temperature measurement data obtained by measuring the temperature inside the ear. The case body also comprises a mode selection switch which is formed at the lower part on one end of the ear conditioner, and vertically sliding towards the upper part or lower part.
