The present invention relates to apparatus and a method for measuring and managing health condition using a smartphone case, capable of constructing a ubiquitous health (U-Health) system which enables a user to check and manage user&prime；s health condition anytime and anywhere by installing a sensor which measures information about health condition on the smartphone case, interpreting and analyzing the information about the health condition of the user, collected from the sensor which is installed on the smartphone case, through an application program (hereafter, an app) installed in a smartphone, and providing the result to the user.본 발명의 스마트폰 케이스를 이용한 건강상태 측정 및 곤리 장치와 그 방법은 스마트폰 케이스에 건강상태 정보를 측정하는 센서를 설치하고, 상기 스마트폰 케이스에 설치된 센서를 통해 수집한 사용자의 건강상태 정보를 스마트폰에 설치된 어플리케이션 프로그램(이하, 앱)을 통해 해석 및 분석하여 그 결과를 사용자에게 제공함으로써, 사용자가 언제 어디서든 자신의 건강상태를 확인 및 관리할 수 있는 U-Health(Ubiquitous Health) 시스템을 구축할 수 있는 스마트폰 케이스를 이용한 건강상태 측정 및 곤리 장치와 그 방법에 관한 것이다.
