The present invention relates to a cosmetic composition for skin moisturizing having improved moisturizing power and moisturizing duration. The composition, with respect to the total weight of the composition, comprises: 90 to 98 wt% of an Opuntia ficus-indica stem extract 0.3 to 0.7 wt% of a basil flower, leaf and stem extract and 0.3 to 0.7 wt% of an oat kernel extract, thereby being able to give continuous moisturizing when applied to skin.본 명세서에는 보습력 및 보습 지속 시간이 증진된 피부 보습용 화장료 조성물이 개시된다. 상기 조성물은 조성물 전체 중량을 기준으로 노팔 줄기 추출물 90 내지 98 중량%, 바질 꽃, 잎 및 줄기 추출물 0.3 내지 0.7 중량% 및 귀리커넬 추출물 0.3 내지 0.7 중량%를 포함함으로써, 피부에 적용시 지속적인 보습을 부여하는 효과가 있다.
