Es wird ein Präparat zur Verabreichung einer mineralhaltigen Zubereitung zur topikalen Anwendung vorgeschlagen, das dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass es 5 bis 30 Gew.-% einer mineralischen Zubereitung umfasst, wobei die Zubereitung ein Epimineral als feste aktive Komponente aufweist, das 27.1 bis 39.9 mol-% P2O5, 22.5 bis 36.0 mol-% CaO, 5 bis 30.0 mol-% M2O und 5.0 bis 26 mol-% MgO enthält, wobei M2O 27.1 bis 30.0 mol-% Na2O und 0 bis 12 mol-% an K2O enthält. Das Präparat umfasst zudem bis zu 95 Gew.-% Hydrogel- und/oder Hydrokolloid, wobei der relative Anteil von Hydrogel zu Hydrokolloid von 0 bis 100% betragen kann.
