PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical information processing apparatus which can improve visibility of a graph of an index related to a blood stream, and a medical information processing program.SOLUTION: A medical information processing apparatus includes an acquisition unit, an external information acquisition unit, a change unit and a display control unit. The acquisition unit acquires a first index value related to a blood stream at each position of a blood vessel obtained based on fluid analysis performed on the basis of an image including the blood vessel of a subject. The external information acquisition unit acquires external information including a second index value related to the blood stream at each position of the blood vessel. The change unit changes one of an array direction of the index value in a first graph obtained by plotting the first index value at each position in a longitudinal direction of the blood vessel and an array direction of the index value in a second graph obtained by plotting the second index value at each position in the longitudinal direction of the blood vessel so as to match the other array direction.
