There is provided a device to secure a prosthesis, such as a stent graft, to the internal wall of a body lumen. The device is formed from two elongate elements (5, 5) each comprising a central portion (4) with at least one arm extending therefrom. The central portions of the elements abut. Optionally, the central portions are joined togeth¬ er, optionally by a joining element which can act as a hinge. The ter¬ minal end of each arm can be shaped for engagement with the inner surface of the body lumen. The device is reversibly interchangeable between a first folded configuration and a second deployed or open configuration. The device is preferably attached to the sleeve of a stent graft independent of the stents which are preferably ring stents A stent graft comprising the device is also described.Linvention concerne un dispositif pour fixer une prothèse, tel quun greffon dendoprothèse, à la paroi interne dune lumière corporelle. Le dispositif est formé de deux éléments allongés (5, 5) comprenant chacun une partie centrale (4) ayant au moins un bras sétendant à partir de celle-ci. Les parties centrales des éléments viennent en butée les unes contre les autres. De manière facultative, les parties centrales sont réunies ensemble, de manière facultative par un élément dassemblage qui peut jouer le rôle de charnière. Lextrémité terminale de chaque bras peut être façonnée pour venir en prise avec la surface interne de la lumière corporelle. Le dispositif est interchangeable de manière réversible entre une première configuration pliée et une seconde configuration déployée ou ouverte. Le dispositif est, de préférence, fixé au manchon dun greffon dendoprothèse indépendamment des endoprothèses qui sont, de préférence, des endoprothèses annulaires.
