The present invention discloses a method of adjusting snoring mouthpiece, it includes the following procedures: reading first medical image； constructing first respiratory model； commencing first simulation； reading second medical image； constructing second respiratory model； commencing second simulation； calculating adjustment distance value； and adjusting snoring mouthpiece. With the implementation of the present invention, 2 different models and simulations can be established by reading two different respiratory images of a patient, an exact adjustment distance value can be obtained thereafter to rapidly and accurately provide an effective snoring mouthpiece to the patient.本發明為睡眠呼吸牙套之調整方法，其包括下列步驟：讀取第一次醫療影像；建立第一次呼吸道模型；進行第一次呼吸模擬；讀取第二次醫療影像；建立第二次呼吸道模型；進行第二次呼吸模擬；計算調整距離；以及調整睡眠呼吸牙套。藉由本發明之實施，分兩次讀取病人之呼吸道斷層影像，即可依據建立之模型及進行呼吸模擬之結果，提供正確的睡眠呼吸牙套之調整距離並據以進行調整睡眠呼吸牙套，快速且正確地提供給病人確實又有效的睡眠呼吸牙套。
