PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a steamed meat dumpling with mackerel meat as ingredient which is a delicious and inexpensive foodstuff abundantly including good-quality protein, DHA, EPA, vitamins, and the like, by solving the problem that mackerel meat is quickly damaged or deteriorated.SOLUTION: The steamed meat dumpling includes mackerel meat as main ingredient, to which sweet mold is added to improve the shelf life, gloss, and resilience of the ingredient. The mackerel meat is formed of strips of shredded mackerel meat and ground mackerel meat which are kneaded.
