Disclosed are a suture anchor sheath and a suturing device including the same. An embodiment of the present invention provides the suturing device including the suture anchor sheath comprising: a knob part； a sheath formed at a front end of the knob part in a longitudinal direction, and forming a pointed insertion part at a tip end to penetrate through at least one soft tissue among muscle tissues, tendons, and ligaments after cutting the at least one soft tissue； and the suture anchor formed within the sheath, guided by the sheath such that at least one portion of the suture anchor penetrates through the soft tissue to be inserted into a bone tissue, and connected to suture for fixating the soft tissue at the bone tissue. The sheath retreats after penetrating through the soft tissue, and makes a front end portion of the suture anchor protrude to guide the same to be inserted into the bone tissue. According to the present invention, a suture anchor is able to penetrate tendons at a time.봉합사 앵커 시스 및 이를 포함하는 봉합 장치가 제시된다. 일 실시예에 따른 봉합사 앵커 시스를 포함하는 봉합 장치는, 손잡이부； 상기 손잡이부의 전단에 길이 방향으로 구성되며, 근육 조직(muscle tissue), 힘줄(tendon), 인대(ligament) 중 적어도 어느 하나의 연조직을 절개 후 적어도 일부 통과하도록 끝단에 뾰족한 삽입부가 형성되는 시스(sheath)； 및 상기 시스(sheath)의 내에 구성되며, 상기 시스(sheath)에 의해 안내되어 적어도 일부가 상기 연조직을 통과 후 뼈 조직에 삽입되고, 상기 뼈 조직에 상기 연조직을 고정시키기 위한 봉합사가 연결되는 봉합사 앵커를 포함하고, 상기 시스(sheath)는 상기 연조직 통과 후 후퇴되어 내부의 상기 봉합사 앵커의 전단부를 돌출시켜 상기 뼈 조직에 삽입하도록 안내할 수 있다.
