PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable chemical diffusion device which improves workability for attaching a strap and is further reduced in size to improve portability, when an air-passing opening is enlarged to obtain a high capacity.SOLUTION: A rod-like portion 15 and a columnar portion 21 for reinforcing the periphery of an air suction opening 14 and an exhaustion opening 20 in a case 10 are provided on the periphery of the openings 14, 20 in the case.
