The present invention relates to a wireless orthosis for correcting scoliosis and, more specifically, to the wireless orthosis for correcting scoliosis which controls functions of muscles which move spine articulations and ligaments which connect spine articular surface to each spine articulation, corrects and disappears structure which causes abnormal transform of spine or internal organs of thoracic cage and abodomen, provides head start in a timely, costly, and psychological manners compare to conservative treatments such as corset or invasive technique, and maximizes and randomizes portability in order for patients to live daily life and receive treatment by having the following characteristics: equipping a transmission unit in a main body and a reception unit in a human body attaching treatment unit which is attached to human body in order to provide, to cervical vertebra, thoracic vertebra, lumbar vertebra, pelvis, and the like, sound energy such as ultrasound, electromagnetism such as magnetic field and the like, and electrical current such as low frequency, microcurrent, high frequency and the like.
