PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production method for producing a scaffold material which has wide range of choice of materials and minimizes the influence on a living body in which the scaffold material is embedded, in the scaffold material having used synthetic polymer materials, inorganic materials, metal materials, compound material of these, and materials extracted from animals and plants.
SOLUTION: This porous scaffold material for regeneration is constituted by forming a skeleton from matrix of a decellularized cell. A cell is seeded on a porous template, to be cultured and matrixed, the matrixed cell is decellularized, the template is removed therefrom, and the skeleton is formed from the decellularized cell.
