The thiourea catalyst is a compound of chemical formula 1.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013테트라하이드로퀴놀린 유도체의 제조방법은, 오쏘-다이아킬아미노 알킬리덴 말로네이트를, 싸이오유레아 촉매 존재 하에 반응시켜 테트라하이드로퀴놀린 유도체를 제조한다. 상기 제조방법은 싸이오유레아 촉매를 이용하여 테트라하이드로퀴놀린 유도체를 효율적으로 제조할 수 있다.
