The Lactococcus lactis ET45 (KCTC 11767BP) produces bacteriocin. The antimicrobial composition comprises Lactococcus lactis ET45 (KCTC 11767BP), culture, or bacteriocin produced by the strain.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013본 발명은 신규 락토코커스 락티스 (Lactococcus lactis) ET45에 관한 것으로, 보다 구체적으로는 다양한 식품 병원성균에 대한 생육억제 활성 갖는 김치 유래 락토코커스 락티스 (Lactococcus lactis) ET45 (KCTC 11767BP), 이로부터 생산되는 박테리오신 및 그 용도에 관한 것이다.본 발명에 따른 락토코커스 락티스 ET45는 김치에서 분리한 유산균으로서 상기 균주에 의해 생산되는 박테리오신은 넓은 범위의 pH 안정성 및 열 안정성을 나타낸다. 김치로부터 분리된 것이기 때문에 생균을 섭취하더라도 안정성이 보장되며, 바실러스 세레우스 등 여러 병원성균의 생장을 저해하는 효과가 있어, 친환경적 미생물 제제로서 병원성균에 의한 식품의 부패 및 질병 예방에 매우 유용하게 사용될 수 있다.
