Disclosed is a cosmetic agent for blonding human hair, comprising a sachet forming a closed chamber, which comprises a water-soluble polymer, and a bleaching composition which is contained inside the closed chamber of the sachet, wherein the bleaching composition contains； at least one percarbonate, and at least one persulfate. Preferably, the water-soluble polymer comprises polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) polymers. Most preferably, the water-soluble poly vinyl alcohol polymer (PVOH) has a molecular weight in the range 60,000 to 110,000 g.mol-1. Preferably, the bleaching composition comprises sodium, or potassium, carbonate – hydrogen peroxide (2/3) at 0.5 to 14 % w/w, and at least one of ammonium persulfate, potassium peroxysulfate and sodium peroxydisulfate at 5 to 60 %w/w. Preferably, the bleaching agent comprises an alkalizing agent. Preferably, the bleaching composition comprises ammonium persulfate, potassium persulfate and sodium persulfate. Also claimed are methods for blonding human hair and the use of the cosmetic agent disclosed herein.
