A lighting device for an infant, having various functions of emitting fragrance of the present invention comprises: a base member； a lamp heating member mounted at the center of the base member, formed in a cylindrical shape or formed in a polyhedron column shape, and having a plurality of LED chips radially disposed and a heat emitting coating layer having high thermal conductivity and formed on the entire area around the LED chips； a heat insulating member formed in a cylindrical shape to surround the lamp heating member, having a plurality of through holes formed on an upper part thereof, formed on the base member, made of a transparent material to cause light emitted from the LED chips to pass therethrough, and configured to guide upward heat discharged from the heat emitting coating layer； a semi-hemispheric rotation guide shaft protruding upward from the center of an upper surface of the heat insulating member and formed on an upper surface thereof to be recessed； a film-shaped cylindrical projection member disposed on a lower side of pinwheels while being formed outside the heat insulating member, configured to form a projection image on the entire outer peripheral surface so that the light from the lamp heating member is projected therethrough, and having a rotary shaft protruding downward from the center, wherein the rotary shaft has a ball bearing which is formed on a front end and configured to be in point contact with the rotation guide shaft to be able to rotate, and the plurality of pinwheels are disposed radially around the rotary shaft； a diffusion cover mounted on the base plate, disposed outside the projection member, and configured to project the projection image diffused through the projection member to an external side； a lamp cover mounted on an upper portion of the diffusion cover and having an exhaust hole formed in an upper surface； and a control circuit configured to control illumination of the lamp heating member.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2020본 발명 다양
