The present invention relates to an electronic moxibustion apparatus and a moxa pad combined with the same. More specifically, the electronic moxibustion apparatus: has a functional effect that a heat transfer contacting unit which transfers heat of the electronic moxibustion is inserted into or separated from a center acupuncture hole of the moxa pad； and includes the electronic moxibustion apparatus and the moxa pad having the acupuncture hole to simultaneously perform acupuncture and moxibustion effects by simultaneously applying acupuncture and moxibustion, and thus attaches and detaches the moxa pad and includes the acupuncture hole, thereby improving efficacy of the moxibustion. The electronic moxibustion apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a heating member heated by applied electricity； a housing which surrounds the heating member； and a heat transfer member which is located at the lower portion of the heating member, and transfers heat to outside. In the electronic moxibustion apparatus, a heat transfer contacting unit, which is perpendicularly protruding downward to the heat transfer member and radially extended toward the lower portion thereof, is formed at a lower portion of the heat transfer member. The heat transfer contacting unit is attached to the skin of a user, and detachable from the hollow moxa pad in a fitting manner.본 발명은 전기 뜸기 및 이와 결합되는 약쑥 패드에 관한 것으로, 보다 구체적으로는 전기 뜸기의 온열을 전달하는 열전달접촉부가 약쑥패드의 중앙부 유침 구멍으로 삽입 또는 분리하는 기능적 효과를 갖도록 갖게 함과 아울러, 침과 뜸을 동시에 실시하여 침구의 효과를 동시에 구현하기 위하여 유침 구멍이 구비된 전기 뜸기와 약쑥 패드를 구성함으로써 약쑥 패드 탈부착 및 유침 구멍이 구비되어 뜸의 효능을 더욱 개선시킨 전기 뜸기에 관한 것이다.본 발명의 실시예에 따른 전기 뜸기는 인입된 전기에 의해 발열되는 발열부재를 가지고 발열부재를 감싸는 하우징이 있으며 발열부재의 하부에 위치하여 열을 외부로 전달하는 연전달부재를 구비한 전기 뜸기에 있어서, 연전달부재의 하부에는 수직 하방으로 돌출되고 하부로 갈수록 방사상으로 연장되는 열전달접촉부를 구비하며, 열전달접촉부는 피부에 부착되어 있으며 중공이 형성된 약쑥 패드에 끼움 방식으로 탈부착 가능한 것을 특징으로 한다.
