PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To constitute spare seedling-carrying platforms so as to provide easily a state in which the spare seedling-carrying platforms are arranged in the upper and lower direction at a prescribed interval, and a state in which the spare seedling-carrying platforms are arranged in one line state, in a riding-type rice transplanter.
SOLUTION: The riding-type rice transplanter is constituted as follows. Linking members 31 to 34 are installed in supporting frames 22 to 24 supported by a machine body so as to be freely turnable, and a plurality of the spare seedling-carrying platforms 51 to 54 are supported by the linking members 31 to 34. The first state in which the spare seedling-carrying platforms 51 to 54 are arranged in the upper and lower direction at the prescribed interval, and the second state in which the spare seedling-carrying platforms are arranged in one line state are constituted so as to be freely operable by the turning operation of the linking members 31 to 34. In the second state, the spare seedling-carrying platforms 51 to 54 are constituted so as to be positioned at the vicinity of the upper terminal parts of the supporting frames 22 to 24.
