The invention is directed to a pharmaceutical composition and use thereof forinducing an immunological response against a cell expressing a breast cancerassociated antigen in a human having breast cancer or at risk for developingsuch abreast cancer tumor comprising (a) a first vector containing one or more DNAsegments that encode (i) mucin (MUC) or an antigenic portion thereof ormodifiedversion thereof and (ii) carcinoembryonic antigen (CEA) or an antigenicportionthereof or modified version thereof, and (b) at least a second vectorcontaining oneor more DNA segments that encode (i) MUC or antigenic portion thereof ormodifiedversion thereof and (ii) CEA or an antigenic portion thereof or modifiedversionthereof, wherein the second vector is for administration to the human atregularintervals after the administration of the first vector.
