<;P>;PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a gene transfer agent enabling even gene transfer into a dormant cell such as a macrophage or lymphocyte. <;P>;SOLUTION: The gene transfer agent is obtained by adsorbing a peptide comprising C45(45-mer amino acid sequence segment) to a polyplex composed of a nucleic acid and a polymeric compound where multiple polymeric chains are introduced as substituents into an aromatic ring. Specifically, in this gene transfer agent, the aromatic ring consists of a monocyclic or condensed cyclic ring of 5-8C aromatic ring(s).
