The disclosed hot air dryer includes a housing having an inner space formed therein, and a hot wind generating unit for generating hot and dry hot air to be introduced into the inner space. The hot air generating unit generates electric heat by converting electrical energy into heat and has a ceramic heater having an outer wall and a lattice inner wall extending in a lattice pattern in cross section in the outer wall. The ceramic heater is made of a non-oxide ceramic material as a main material and is sintered with a metal as a material.
