PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problems that, in a device for purifying an article by using an agent or harmful gas, the agent or the harmful gas may leak into a work space out of the device, and that, especially in the case of an article used for food, it is required to remove a remaining agent, to thereby impose a heavy burden on management or a facility.SOLUTION: An agent or harmful gas is not used for purifying an article but charged particles obtained by discharging in the atmosphere are used.
