The present invention provides an exhaled gas diagnosis device which includes: an exhalation tube which includes an absorbing mouth filter for filtering and introducing a specific exhaled gas and a discharge tube for discharging the exhaled gas and receives the exhaled gas in a filterable manner and discharges the exhaled gas； a gas chamber which is connected to the discharge tube, receives the filtered exhaled gas from the exhalation tube and includes a sensor unit for measuring the provided exhaled gas； and a signal processing unit which is connected to the sensor unit, receives a measured signal, and processes the signal to display a gas concentration to the user. Accordingly, the present invention can diagnose a disease by analyzing various components at the same time.본 발명은, 특정 호기가스를 필터링하며 유입시키는 흡습 마우스 필터 및 상기 호기가스를 배출시키는 배출관을 구비하고, 상기 호기가스를 필터링 가능하게 수용하여 배출시키는 호기관； 상기 배출관에 연결되어 상기 호기관으로부터 필터링된 호기가스를 제공받고, 상기 제공된 호기가스를 측정하도록 이루어지는 센서부를 구비하는 가스챔버； 및 상기 센서부에 연결되어 측정된 신호를 제공받아서 상기 신호를 처리하여 가스 농도를 사용자에게 표시하도록 이루어지는 신호처리부를 포함하는 호기가스 진단장치를 제공한다.
