PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plant raising apparatus whose portability is improved by making equipment for raising plants a complete set.SOLUTION: A plant raising system 1 determines reference raising information out of a plurality of pieces of information regarding predetermined plants which is recorded in an environment setting device 2 based on information input by a user. The plant raising system 1 transmits the determined reference raising information to an environment control device 3 and air-conditioning equipment 5. The plant raising system 1, by controlling the environment control device 3 and the air-conditioning equipment 5 based on the transmitted reference raising information, can realize a preferable raising environment for the predetermined plants to be raised. Further, the plant raising system 1 can realize downsizing of the environment control device 3 because it uses existing air-conditioning equipment as the air-conditioning equipment 5.
