PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for promoting an antigen-specific T cell immune response to increase efficacy in treatment of cancer, infection, inflammation, allergy, autoimmune disease, and the like.SOLUTION: A composition contains an agonistic anti-CD27 antibody or an antigen bonding fragment thereof. Further the composition contains an antigen or allergen. A pharmaceutical composition shows at least one of the following efficacy: (i) increasing Th1 immunity； (ii) promoting proliferation or survival of antigen-specific T cells which are T cells (containing genetic engineering cells) preferably expanded in CD8+ T cells, naive Cd8 T cells, CD8+ effector cells, memory cells, or in vitro and then implanted in human； (iii) promoting generation of antigen-specific memory T cells； and (iv) promoting expansion of T cells by antigen dependent method.【課題】癌、感染、炎症、アレルギーおよび自己免疫疾患などの治療の有効性を上げるための抗原特異的Ｔ細胞免疫応答を促進するための方法の提供。【解決手段】アゴニスト性抗ＣＤ２７抗体またはその抗原結合性断片を含む組成物。また該組成物に抗原もしくはアレルゲンを含有する組成物。少なくとも１つの以下の効果を示す：（ｉ）Ｔｈ１免疫を増進する；（ｉｉ）好ましくはＣＤ８＋ Ｔ細胞、ナイーブＣｄ８ Ｔ細胞、ＣＤ８＋エフェクター細胞、またはメモリー細胞、あるいはｉｎ ｖｉｔｒｏで拡大されて、そして次いでヒトに移植されたＴ細胞（遺伝子操作細胞を含む）である抗原特異的Ｔ細胞の増殖または生存を促進する；（ｉｉｉ）抗原特異的メモリーＴ細胞の生成を促進する；または（ｉｖ）抗原依存性方式で、Ｔ細胞の拡大を促進する医薬組成物。【選択図】なし
