PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new design of an invasive probe like a catheter.SOLUTION: The medical probe includes a flexible insertion tube having a distal end to be inserted into the body cavity of a patient, and a distal tip arranged at the distal end of the insertion tube and configured so as to contact coelomic tissues. A connecting member connects the distal tip to the distal end of the insertion tube.
