The handle assembly includes: a driveassembly； a motoroperatively coupled to the drive assembly； and a controller operativelycoupled to the motor, thecontroller configured to control operation of the motor to actuate the testend effector to measurethe at least one tissue property and to determine, based on the at least onetissue property, at leastone suitable treatment end effector.
