The semi-solid material may include a deodorizing material, an antiperspirant material, a perfume-related substance, a sanitizing material, a sterilizing material, an air-freshening material, or an insect-repelling material. The block is disposed in an enclosed volume of a packaging, enclosed by a plastic layer and an aluminum foil layer.
