To provide an absorbent article capable of suppressing reduction of fitting property to a skin even when an absorber is expanded.SOLUTION: An absorbent article comprises: a back sheet 17 formed of a moisture permeable sheet which is stretchable in a cross direction； a liquid permeable top sheet 19 provided closer to a skin side relative to the back sheet 17； and an absorber 18 provided between the top sheet 19 and the back sheet 17. The back sheet 17 comprises a first region 22A where the absorber 18 exists, and second regions 22B each of which protrudes from the absorber 18 in both sides of the first region 22A in a width direction. A second stretchable force of the second region 22B is twice or three times of a first stretchable force of the first region 22A.
