The apparatus includes a thermistor that is capable of detecting an environmental condition at a time of a hot-water-disinfection process in which the tube is disinfected with hot water or a parameter regarding the environmental condition, and an estimating device that estimates a hot-water-disinfection time required for the hot-water disinfection of the tube in accordance with the environmental condition or the parameter regarding the environmental condition detected by thermistor.
