PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To develop a color vision examination method that can easily and surely verify, even on a mobile terminal based on a CIE L*a*b* color specification method, problems such as whether ones own eyes or a device such as a camera hardly known yet at present coincides with others or an international standard (a CIE standard observer), and if different, in which color direction and to what extent it is different, and further how far a fine color difference can be read.SOLUTION: Transmission type gray criteria or criteria of standard color chips or the like illuminated by a light source different from monitor light are brought onto a monitor screen for color characteristic of the eyes, and RGB digital colors are created to match in color with the criteria adjacently to the criteria to measure both Lab values.
