The feed mechanism includes at least one feed mechanism braking surface that engages the braking element. A feed mechanism drive such as a spring biases the feed mechanism toward the proximal end of the handle. The inner member has a proximal end secured to the housing. The sheath has a proximal end secured to the delivery mechanism. The rotation of the brake element moves the feed mechanism proximally as the feed mechanism braking surface slides along the brake element.
