A sampling device includes a sampling unit, an switching valve, and a container unit. The sampling unit includes a connecting end, an inflow port corresponding to the connecting end, an engaging portion opposite to the connecting end, and an outflow port corresponding to the engaging portion. The switching valve is mounted on the sampling unit. By manipulating the switching valve, a blockage is generated between the inflow port and the outflow port or communication is generated between the inflow port and the outflow port. The container unit includes an outer bottle member detachably connected to the engaging portion, an inner bottle member disposed inside the outer bottle member, and an elastic member. The outer bottle member has at least one visible portion, through which the inside of the outer bottle member can be seen. The inner bottle is made of a transparent material.
