The present invention relates to an attenuated chicken infectious laryngotracheitis virus strain, and a vaccine composition containing the same. The attenuated strain of the present invention shows significant effects of preventing infection by chicken infectious laryngotracheitis virus having genetic patterns different from common vaccine strains, and also ensures excellent safety in an animal model, thereby being useful as a preventive vaccine for new mutants due to genetic mutation in infectious laryngotracheitis virus which wreaks havoc on poultry farms.본 발명은 닭 전염성 후두기관염(Infectious laryngotracheitis) 바이러스 약독화주 및 이를 포함하는 백신 조성물에 관한 것으로, 본 발명의 약독화주는 상용 백신주들과 상이한 유전자 패턴을 갖는 닭 전염성 후두기관염 바이러스에 유의적인 예방 효과를 나타내고, 동물모델 실험에서 우수한 안전성을 나타내므로, 양계 농장에 심각한 피해를 일으키는 전염성 후두기관염 바이러스의 유전적 변이에 따른 새로운 변종에 대한 예방 백신으로 유용하게 사용될 수 있다.
