According to an embodiment of the present invention, an air purification apparatus using an air purification function of a plant may include: a frame unit； glass which is joined to the frame unit and projects the inside； an air suction unit which is installed on an upper portion of the frame unit and suctions air in an inner space unit formed with the glass； a plant bed unit which is arranged under the glass, includes a plant exposed to the inner space unit formed with the glass, and includes a base unit arranged to avoid being exposed to the outside； a lower module which is arranged under the plant bed unit, stores water discharged from the plant bed unit, and discharges fresh air, discharged by the plant, to an indoor space unit； a water spraying unit which has one end portion, connected to the lower module, and the other end portion, arranged on an upper portion of the inner space unit formed with the glass and sprays and supplies the stored water to the plant； and a lighting unit which is installed in the frame unit and provides light in least one color to the inner space unit made of the glass.본 실시예에 따른 식물의 공기정화 기능을 이용한 공기 청정기는 프레임 유닛； 상기 프레임 유닛에 결합되며, 내부를 투영하는 유리； 상기 프레임 유닛의 상측에 설치되어, 상기 유리로 형성되는 내부 공간부에 공기를 흡기하는 흡기유닛； 상기 유리 하측 영역에 배치되며, 상기 유리로 형성된 내부 공간부에 식물이 노출되며, 기저부는 노출되지 않도록 배치되는 식물 화단부； 상기 식물 화단부 하측에 배치되어, 상기 식물 화단부에서 배수되는 물이 저수되고, 상기 식물이 배출하는 신선한 공기를 실내 공간부로 토출하는 하부모듈； 일단은 상기 하부모듈과 연결되고, 타단은 상기 유리로 형성된 내부 공간부의 상측에 배치되어, 상기 저수된 물을 상기 식물에 분사 공급하는 물 분사유닛； 및 상기 프레임 유닛에 설치되어, 상기 유리로 형성된 내부 공간부에 적어도 하나 이상의 색상의 빛을 공급하는 조명유닛；을 포함할 수 있다.
