Provided herein are new therapeutic regimens for treatment of cancer with a combination of a JAK inhibitor and an inhibitor targeting the MAPK pathway, combinations and methods of use thereof. In some embodiments, described herein are methods for treating cancer in an individual in need thereof, comprising administration of a JAK inhibitor and an inhibitor targeting the MAPK pathway to the individual.
